Such a memorable experience, can't wait to join the next one! I heard about Aire Libre from a friend who saw it on Instagram, shout out to Leslie for her amazing marketing and design skills! The price is fair for all the coordination and planning that goes into all the activities and meals, on top of having a professional photographer capturing all the memories along the way throughout the four days. I really appreciated the transparency on what AL would cover during the meals and transportation vs what would be covered by individuals, so there was no misunderstanding. The Aire Libre familia went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed and like family, while also ensuring every event was safe and went as smoothly as possible from coordinating transportation, selecting the meal courses that accommodated everyone in the group, saving you time by picking up your bib packet so you can enjoy the expo, city recommendations, to staying in constant communication before landing in CDMX and throughout the time spent together. The excursion to Xochimilco was the best part of the trip. The yoga session on the chinampas was so relaxing, Andrea was a great instructor. Rodrigo was a great tour guide and you could see how much he loved what he does. Mari's quesadillas de champiñones were so delicious and Beto was great at getting us around the canals. I wish we could've enjoyed this day with the other half of the group, it felt like we didn't get to interact much, especially for those that arrived later. Finally, you could feel the passion and love for the city and running from every Aire Libre member; it was heartwarming and you always feel like you're surrounded by family. The only regret I have is not doing this sooner. Thank you to the Aire Libre familia Gero, Leslie, Axel for all the love and care you showed us, for being our main cheerleaders throughout this challenging half marathon, and for being a genuine reflection of our beautiful Mexico. Nos vemos en la proxima!
